I finally took advantage of my Christmas Present from T today and went on my photo safari. It was a two hour private lesson on how to take good photos and use your camera properly. I learnt loads! Our camera can be made to do all kinds of wonderful things. I usually stick it on auto and point but now I can mess about with apetures and shutter speeds, very cool.
I’d left it till May in the hope that I would be guaranteed a nice day (you have to book 14 days in advance and they don’t cancel for bad weather) unfortunately the first day of May dawned dull and cloudy and then it rained. Of course now I am home the sun has come out, typical! But as my lovely tutor David said a good photographer can take photos is any weather and with any camera.
Right I’m off to play with the camera. New and hopefully good photos will be posted soon.
